Shipping & Delivery Policy- Liv Cornall Design

Last Updated: August 2026
This policy explains how we prepare, dispatch, and deliver your Liv Cornall Design order, including expected timeframes, delivery areas, and costs.

1. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only, as this is the coverage area for our furniture delivery partner, Proovia.
If you are located outside UK mainland, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands, please contact us at info@livcornall.com before placing an order. If you are able to arrange your own reliable courier or collection service to receive the item from us, we may be able to accommodate your order on a case-by-case basis.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Production Time

All of our pieces are hand-crafted to order in our Sussex workshop. Typical production time for furniture is approximately 6 weeks. Larger or more complex pieces, such as the Ravella Cabinet, Flow Lounge Chair, and Low Tide Table, can take up to 12 weeks.
These timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be shorter or longer depending on workshop capacity and material availability. Once your piece is complete, we will contact you by email to arrange a suitable delivery day.

3. Delivery Methods & Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the size of each piece and shown at checkout. We subsidise part of the delivery cost so that our delivery charges remain as affordable as possible for our customers.
If you order more than one item, all pieces will be shipped together once the full order is complete, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery charges apply per item as set out below.
An example of delivery cost is the Flow Floor lamp including shade: £40.

Large Furniture (e.g., cabinets, tables, shelving, floor lamps)
Delivered via Proovia, a dedicated two-person white-glove furniture delivery service.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you directly by email to arrange a suitable day for delivery. We will book the delivery with Proovia and they will contact you with your provided information by email and phone with a suggested delivery day and time slot, which you can accept or reschedule.
You'll receive notifications when your order is dispatched, as well as on the day of delivery, and when the driver is nearby.
Standard delivery is to your door. If you would like your item brought into a specific room inside your home, please contact us in advance, as this can be arranged for a small supplemental charge.

Smaller Homeware (e.g., Circle Clock)
Delivered via tracked couriers such as Royal Mail or Evri, with automatic tracking information sent to your email address.

4. Packaging
Every piece is carefully hand-wrapped in our workshop once it is finished and ready for dispatch. We use protective materials such as bubble wrap, protective paper and sturdy cardboard boxes to help keep your item safe throughout transit.
Where possible, we use recycled and recyclable packaging materials. However, the specific materials used may vary depending on the size, shape and fragility of the item, as protection during transit is our priority.
Many of our pieces have irregular or unusual shapes. This means that we may adapt standard boxes to fit them properly. It also can result that the box you receive appears larger than expected and contains empty space. For example, the box used for a Flow Floor Lamp may be larger than the lamp itself. This is intentional and the item is securely wedged and braced inside the box to keep it stable and as well-protected as possible during handling and transit.

5. Access & Redelivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive large furniture deliveries at the agreed time slot, and that all access routes, doorways, hallways, and stairwells are suitable for the item beforehand.
If a delivery attempt fails due to something within your control, such as nobody being available at the address or an incorrect address being provided, Proovia may charge a failed delivery fee. This is capped at either their reasonable net loss for the wasted journey or storage, or 50% of the original delivery cost, whichever is lower. This charge covers one further redelivery attempt at no extra delivery charge.

6. Contact
